Will girls be able to get photos with Nastia and Alicia?
Yes, every girl will have the opportunity to get autographs and
be photographed with Nastia Liukin, Alicia Sacramone, and all the stars.
Do your Olympians work with all the girls, even if they are beginners?
Yes, our Olympians and other elite coaches work with campers of all ages
and ability levels!
Are there dance classes for girls?
Our girl campers attend a dance class everyday.
I already have a dance routine. Can your staff help me improve it?
Our elite dance choreographer, Dana Balasa, offers optional floor exercise
choreography.
Do you have a Gymnastics Testing Program?
Yes, our unique Gymnastics Testing Program is designed to access a child's
individual ability on each of the Olympic events. Campers are placed into groups by size
and ability. A camper, who is more advanced on a specific gymnastics event, can move up
to the next ability level on that event.
At least fifty-percent of our campers are beginners, but we also have some very advanced
gymnasts. We have staff that are capable of spotting any skill done in World competition.
How many gymnastics training classes are offered daily?
Campers have five required forty-minute classes each day - and two open
workouts that are optional.
Does your training include trampoline and tumbling?
Yes, they are included in our program.
