Frequently Asked Questions for Girls

My child says "The coaches are awesome, the food is amazing, the talent shows are funny, and you meet so many new people." I suggest going for two weeks if you can afford it because gymnasts return to their gym with so many new skills and it’s a great experience. Trust me, if I had to score this 1-10, this would be an 11.

Will campers be able to get photos and personalized autographs of the Olympians?

Yes, we set aside time for each camper to meet the stars and get individual photos and personalized autographs.

Are there dance classes for girls?

Unlike most major camps, our girl campers attend a dance class every day.

I already have a dance routine. Can your staff help me improve it?

Yes, our open work-outs are a great time to work on improving your dance and tumbling elements. We also provide Choreography for optional routines. Applications are on our website.

Do you have a Gymnastics Testing Program?

Yes, our unique Gymnastics Testing Program is designed to access a child's individual ability on each of the Olympic events. Campers are placed into groups by size and ability. A camper, who is more advanced on a specific gymnastics event, can move up to the next ability level on that event.

At least fifty-percent of our campers are beginners, but we also have some very advanced gymnasts. We have staff that are capable of spotting any skill done in World competition.

How many gymnastics training classes are offered daily?

Campers have five required forty-minute classes each day - and two open workouts that are optional.

Does your training include trampoline and tumbling?

Yes, they are included in our program. Also Tumbl Tracs.

I'm going for both Sessions. What happens during the weekend between Sessions?

We give our hands and bodies a rest and have one workout on Saturday. Our planned program includes recreation, and a walk to the small village Green (across the street) for a movie. It's time to relax and get ready for the last Session.

"I am writing to thank you for providing a wonderful first-time camp experience for our daughter, Sara. She literally 'had the time of her life!' She learned new skills, met new friends, and thoroughly enjoyed herself. She's already saving her money so she can go for two weeks next year."
