Meet the Owners of USGTC
"Our greatest joy is seeing children and staff having fun learning in a healthy
environment, while participating in the sport they love.
We enjoy living in the housing complex with our campers, directors and staff.
It’s a lot of fun and it’s the best way to oversee all aspects of our camp program."
Michael and Susan Jacobson
The Jacobson family has been conducting camps since 1969. Michael and Susan are members
of the American Camping Association and Industrial Members of USA Gymnastics. Together,
they started the first Special Olympics gymnastics team on Cape Cod. Michael is a former
Penn State NCAA National All Around Champion and Athlete of the Year and a former
international gymnast. As a head coach, his University of Iowa men's team won the NCAA
Championships in 1969.
